'We are a full service, woman-owned and WBENC certified installation company headquartered in New Jersey.

Independently operated, we provide union labor for office furniture, architectural wall systems, and lab casework installations. Our capabilities also include comprehensive logistical services—such as warehousing, delivery and receiving, and relocations.

As proud members of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America and the ACCNJ, we bring decades of experience, craftsmanship, and expertise to every project.

  • MEAGAN COOMBER

    MEAGAN COOMBER

    LEADERSHIP - CEO & Principal

    Meagan has over 25 years of industry experience, beginning her career in design and specification work for clients such as Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, and JPMorgan Chase. In 2007, she transitioned to the installation side of the business when she became a partner at SDK, assuming full leadership of the company in 2009.

    Her extensive design background gives her a unique and valuable perspective—she understands precisely how clients envision the finished product, and her meticulous attention to detail has become a hallmark of every SDK installation.

  • MIKE COOMBER

    MIKE COOMBER

    LEADERSHIP - General Manager

    Mike entered the industry in 2005 shortly after graduating from Rutgers University. Over the years, he has taken on a wide range of operational roles, including asset management, project management, and installation giving him a deep, well-rounded understanding of the business.

    Today, Mike oversees the daily operations of SDK and personally ensures the successful completion of every project.

    GIANNA CORBO

    ADMINISTRATION - Accounting & Office Admin

    Gianna has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in accounting and payroll administration. As SDK’s accounting and office administrator, she plays a vital role in keeping our operation running smoothly and maintaining the extensive project paperwork needed with exceptional organization and efficiency. Gianna is a 2007 graduate of Rutgers University.

    JIM HART

    FURNITURE & LABS - Foreman

    Jim has been with SDK for over 15 years and serves as a foreman for both furniture and lab installation projects. Jim has been a union carpenter for over 30 years and has been installing labs and furniture for over 25 years. Jim also uses his decades of experience in the field to help with bidding.

    DORIEN SOTO

    LABS - Foreman

    Dorien has been with SDK for more than 15 years and is a specialist in lab installations. With over two decades of experience managing lab projects, he brings deep expertise and reliable leadership to every installation. Dorien is also an expert bowler and has bowled multiple 300 games.

  • KEITH SOLTIS

    KEITH SOLTIS

    FURNITURE & WALLS - Foreman

    Keith has been with SDK for more than 20 years and serves as a foreman on both furniture and architectural wall projects. He brings a diverse skill set to the team, with a background in millwork and cabinet making. Outside of work, Keith has dedicated the past 13 years to serving as a volunteer firefighter in his hometown.

    CHRISTIAN PAVLICK

    LEADERSHIP - Director of Operations

    After 15 years as a foreman in the field, Christian transitioned into a key role as the primary touchpoint between our installation teams, our office, and our clients. His field experience brings invaluable insight, creating stronger communication and greater cohesiveness across every project. Christian is a graduate of SUNY New Paltz.
